I WANT TO START OFF BY SAYING THAT EVERYONES BODY IS DIFFERENT AND YOU HAVE TO FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU NEED TO LOVE YOUR BODY AND LOVE YOURSELF. I FIND THAT MIXING UP MY WORKOUTS WEEKLY GIVES ME BETTER RESULTS. KEEP IN MIND THAT WORKING OUT AND HEALTHY EATING GO HAND IN HAND, YOU MUST COMMIT TO BOTH IN ORDER TO GET RESULTS ALL AROUND.
